First of all I would like to thank American government and Kentucky Consular center for selecting me in D.V lottery 2006.
Man always-good deed in life therefore I tried for DV lottery since many years but I couldn't get success but this year I got success in getting DV lottery. I have worked hard to made it successful thinking that this is the great opportunity that I shouldn't miss at any cost. I really had done hard work in maintaining all document up to interview, I hope you are aware of this but I couldn't get success in interview but I didn't get letter to indicate as disqualified for visa, in this context I am doing appeal for the visa

Why u need a visa ? from whom ?
from which country to where ?
