Instead of wasting your time on that, keep busy doing something productive. You can think negative thoughts all day or positive thoughts. Youll get much farther ahead by positive constructive thoughts.

I would think you would have to tell yourself to knock it off everyt ime you started to think something rotten about someone from another race or another race in general.

I can't imagine what it is like to hate people of other races - and I grew up in a pretty much White suburb where most people just took it for granted that all people are just people (whether or not someone of a different color lives next door to us).

Not long ago there was a news things on because a woman saved another person's life by donating something like her kidney or part of her liver or something like that. (Sorry, I don't remember the details.) The lady who made the donation was a Black woman, and the person she saved was a White person.
My point isn't about the details of the story though. My point is this: If a person of one race can donate an organ to a person of a different race how different can any of the races really possibly be?

Somebody or something taught you to hate other races, and now y ou have to unlearn what you were taught. If you can just tell yourself to stop thinking about race and start to realize that we're all the same (humans) on the inside maybe you can stop hating people based on their race. No race "all thinks alike". Every individual from every race has his own personality and may be nice or not nice.

If you get some kind of emotional thing from hanging onto your hate, figure out what it is you get - and then ask if living with a heart that has no hate may be a nicer way to live.

Finally - realize that people of other races don't hate you (for the most part - I'm sure there are some like you, who hate you for your race the way you hate them for theirs; but they aren't the majority).

I've answered the question as if you're the one who hates other races because it just seemed easy to do it that way. Please realize I know you may not be talking about your hate but someone else's.

Stop hating in general.

We usually "hate" the things other people do or are because we actually hate something about ourselves.

Learn to love yourself so that you can learn to love others.

We are all made of the same stuff. We all breathe the same air and drink the same water and live on the same rock.

Have peace in your heart and share it with the rest of us.

Take care.

Spend time with those races of people. You will learn that many of them have more character than you gave them credit for. You will even end up being friends with several of them. Then you will understand that they are just as good as you are. In other words, quite being ignorant, and start learning that they are people worthy of respect too.

look into yourself first, do you hate your nose for being big? or your hair for being blonde? unless you understand and accept yourself, you cannot understand others as well, the more other races. know, understand and accept - that's the key.

start with yourself then go macro: know their culture and understand why they do things diffrently than you do. don't feel superior towards others, all has weaknesses and so are you, accept that fact. when you have done these things, you are ready to love them and be a peacemaker of this earth.

Understand that no one race is better than any other. We all want the same things - peace, happiness, love. But we are stupid about what provides for that. We all are human, and we all make mistakes that are equally as stupid. Forgive others and forgive yourself.

We are all 50th cousins anyway.

You dont judge them by one persons action towards you. Because you will always have Dic ks in every race that make them look bad. Its that 10% of people who can make you hate them all.

" 50 years ago we had u hanging upside down with a fork up your ***" just isnt the answer, there is too much racism in this society, and most of it comes from peoples idols such as kramer

The way to stop is to seek help from within, and see why you hate that race and confirm that its an acceptable reason to hate.

just my opinion...

By coming into more contact with them and getting to know some of them as people. Racism exists because people make broad generalizations about people outside of their in-group that they keep very distinct from themselves.
