I'm watching Deep Impact on TV. Two comets are about to hit earth and no one is going to live except for a select 1 million people who will inhabit connected underground caves. If you were not one of the chosen million, who would you want to spend your last moments with and where would you be?

My mom and/or my ex who I'm still in love with. It would probably be easier to stay here with my cats and have my ex come over since he lives about a 15 minute walk away. My mom lives about 130 miles away.
If I had more time to plan, I'd take my cats and my ex to my mom's house.

I would hope that my family was part of the million and I was alone. I believe that to die is difficult with people around because you don't want them to be sad. And in this case dead with you.
