studying 1st year in chennai and getting transferred to other state and to continue the course is it possible to join as 2nd year student in other state....? Mind you got it.......... Mr.shar

It is possible if you come through the Directorate Of Technical Education (DOTE) and is only possible within Anna University for the first year.
You have to apply it through Anna University saying your reason and an acknowledging letter.

it is not LKG or Pre KG.. you're analyzing Engineering. So think of like a graduate. you won't be able to try this. proceed your learn here in Chennai. Or circulate to Maharashtra and initiate clean. Ofcourse if that college approves and admits you, you're able to try this. yet its no longer attainable.

Yes, as long as you have passed all your previous subjects in 1st year, you can be accepted in any other state.
