It does not matter. She is under to much social and public doubt to be elected to be the president. To answer the question "No". She is not in possession of the traits to run a country.

Yes. I think she probably would. I think I would rather see Bush and Cheney removed from office and Pelossi in there first, though. I am convinced that is necessary to repairing our damaged international relationships.

No. Why you ask? She is evil. Yes, I said evil. She has a sham marriage that she used/ used for power, she also has no convictions of her own and changes her "views" based on what her peers think. She is a power hungry, greedy B-word.
Oh, she also has zero experience.
