Don't we wish. But sadly the answer is no. That is why hindsight is perfect. There is an old adage that says those that don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Doesn't sound like you can turn time back to me.

In Einsteinian physics, scientists believe that time is a "parrallax" - which simply stated, that the future, the present, and the past are all happening at the same time. They claim that if we can reach the speed of light - and that is very fast - we can move back and forward thru time. The problem here however is if one gets himself into the future or to the past, since all three are happening at the same time, it is impossible not to alter the other timeframe. It seems to be impossible but if carefully analyzed, it can be achieved - wow! the first problem here is how to get to the said speed of light. Sorry, if my answer opened more questions.

No it is impossible even though there are theories that if you do a super man thing by flying around the world to reverse the rotation of the earth but all this would do is change the ecosystem.
