definitely Tamaki!!!
hikaru might like haruhi, but come on! He has his brother for now. vice versa for kaoru.
mori and honey are cool but mori's quiet personality and honey's overly cute personality don't really click with haruhi.
kyouya is...well, he's kyouya...even haruhi gets uncomfortably around him sometimes.
AND TAMAKI!!! he doesn't know it yet, but he REALLY likes haruhi. I think haruhi likes him in a way too. ^^ plus she knows how to deal with people like him.
