What is the name of the music video I saw?

I cannot remember much since it was a while ago but it basically consisted of this one guy walking through a house and screaming the same phrase all over, the whole song. It was a very dark setting and the "singing" was more of a barking that was very hard to understand.

If the "singing" was a barking, then you need not concern yourself with this particular person. He has no talent. the whole basis of rap is for someone who can't sing and can't play to somehow advance himself on someone else's music. If you can't sing................You Rap!!!!
It's a vehichle for people with no real talent to make records!
