Where can I get good information on starting a business website, sourcing products at manufacturer's/ cheap price, drop-shipping, web advertising etc.
Is there a good book, CD, website or organization that shares this type of info. I am not looking for any get rich quick schemes advertised on the web and would like to know what has REALLY worked for other people.
Any tips and sources are welcome.

Are you looking to buy items wholesale, sell them and have them dropshipped? Not sure what you are asking.
Whatever you do, do a lot of research. Check out your competition to see what they are doing. Check to see if what you want to get into is oversaturated or not. So many people have online shops, it's hard to make it, unless you can stand out. Write a business plan, make lists of how much it will cost, and what your profit margin would be. There are lots of cheap and free effective advertising as well as costly ones.
There are lots of ebooks and information that shares all kinds of useful info that are not get rich quick schemes. Try to find someone who has done something similar and talk to them.

no just kidding.. but seriously -- what you are trying right now is what millions have tried and ultimately end up buying wholesale lists and fake dropshipper lists etc.. it doesnt work.
What you do is #1, define what your biz will be. You never said what type of biz, make it soemething you are GOOD at and you will do well. If you are looking to sell the same products everyone else is selling , most likely you will fail or have very little success.
