youtube technology section, improv everywhere ( awesomely funny pranks - non harmful ), htguys.com ( podcast about hdtv :) )
dl.tv is also a great site with video and mp3 - talking about all things technology. They are just a few, what about you ?

I spend a lot of time on Pogo.com. I also hit up Youtube and ebaums world on a daily basis, along with Furcadia, Neopets, Gaia online and Yahoo.com

MSN - MSN.com is a great portal with everything from music to real estate and weather. With links to Slate.com and Encarta it deserves to be every browser's home page.
