On this plus side, this could make for a funny story at family gatherings (especially the 4 inch part) Did he seem embarrassed by the incident? If not, then the future of your relationship is all dependent on how you take it. If he does, then it's best to talk to him. It depends on what kind of relationship you have. We don't know, so it's up to you. Talk to him and just wing it. Whatever you do, try not to humiliate him and it shouldn't be that bad (at least you didn't become visibly arouse from the sight)
