I'm sorry to say this, but the vote doesn't matter anymore Bush proved that, he was never elected to the office he holds.
So knowing that congress controls the election, given the fact that we have never had a women president despite the fact that several have run, I don't believe that she would become President even if she did win. Just like they will never let anyone but a rich white guy become president, against Hillary, several Americans of different racial backgrounds are running as well.
But personally, I am not racist, or a sexist, and would vote for anyone, that I believe would be a good President as long as they are a Democrat.

Yes, and not because she is a woman. I actually think she is a very intelligent women who knows her way around the white house.
I used to have a shirt when I was a little girl in the early eighties
"NO WAY, First Lady, I want to be President"
Guess she had that shirt too

I don't think the United States isn't ready for a female Prez. In my opinion, both of these ladies have bad issues which will be their monkeys on their backs all the way to the polls! Colon Powell for sure but why Hillary Clinton twice? You must like her or else you would have matched up someone else against Condelesa. Hope you see my point of view anyhow and good luck to your candidate in '08!

Depends on who she was running against. I wouldn't vote for someone just because they were a woman. Things like gender and race are not factors for me when deciding on what candidate I support.

Yes. I would. It doesn't matter who we vote into office, nothing really changes...it's not like the president has any real control over anything...
So, hell yes, we need a woman as president anyways.
Women's lib was like 80 billion years ago,lol...why hasn't there been a woman as president yet? lol

Hmm, depends on who else runs.
I vote for the platform, not the gender or party.
If I were to vote for a woman it would be Madeline Albright.
