If something made me feel good and it was ethical I would do it again, such as helping someone in need. It is hard to answer such an open ended question. If it is for a momentary thrill, no, it may not be worth it.

Depends on what it was.

Beating the hell out of my father-in-law felt good, but I wouldn't do it again because once in the county slam was enough (and he got the picture from it anyways).

it felt so good i became terribly addicted to it. then after 7 months in rehab i finally overcame my addiction to it. and by it i mean tater tots.
