hahaha this is so damn funny everywhere i look i see people trying to be different. they try to dress likw weirdos so you will look at them and if you have a conversation with these people they try to mention a million band names you never heard of so you think they aren't "mainstream", but in the end all of those people fall into the exact same category.and they are exactly what they try to avoid. don't they realize this? and also why do they not want to be categorized in the first place whats the big deal?

I am an old time hippie type, I paint oil paintings.meditate,burn candles, wear my hair a little bit long still.have painted over 100.000 address numbers on curbs,in 18 years, raise parrots, dogs fish and cats for to sale.eat right, do herbs not drugs,do all the things I thought i would do as when I was young, believe and work for Peace.HAVE HAD TWO STATE LAWS PASSED.ONE PROJECT I DID PERSONALLY.BY MYSELF ALONE.IS SAVING ABOUT A LIFE A DAY RIGHT NOW AND HAS BEEN FOR 23 YEARS.people of every generation wont to be different, I wish they had some goals, some ideals, some spiritual values to lead them not just cloths or drugs or wild party's full of nothing real.we had some real values to go . PEOPLE DONT SEEM REAL NOW ADAYS.

If they're really trying to be different and making such an obvious effort of exhibiting how unique they are, then they are faking it in order to get attention. Human nature. If you happen to see someone who is radically different, keeps to his/herself and can levitate at will, then you might better head for the hills.

My views: Everyone is naturally unique. Also, categorization is generally eventually harmful...think stereotypes.
