It depends on if you are a soldier or not. If your date is a soldier, he'll have a couple of choices: he can wear his standard dress, or Class A, uniform with a bow tie in lieu of the standard tie, or he can wear dress blues, which are a bit more formal (I'm basing all of this on the Army--not sure for other branches). If you aren't in the military, wear a nice formal dress similar to a prom dress. Have a great time.

I grew up military and noticed that they wear a lot of black dresses and navy blue. Kinda to blend I guess. I would dress sexy but not slutty. You wanna turn heads but not have those heads come at you. Ya never know your hubby/b.f. might even get promoted cause of your dress! Good Luck with that.
