How to Take It
Based on clinical trials, the recommended dose for disease prevention and treatment for adults is 400 to 800 IU/day. As with all supplements, it is important to check with a healthcare provider before you take any vitamins.
Because of the potential for side effects and interactions with medications, dietary supplements should be taken only under the supervision of a knowledgeable healthcare provider.
Vitamin E should be taken together with another antioxidant called selenium.
The Tolerable Upper Intake Limit (UL) for alpha-tocopherol is set at 1000 mg (1500 IU). Doses higher than this can cause nausea, gas, diarrhea, heart palpitations, and increase the tendency to bleed.
It is especially important that those who have high blood pressure or who are taking blood-thinners such as warfarin check with a healthcare provider before taking vitamin E supplements.
There is some concern that a diet rich in fish oil taken for many months may induce a deficiency of vitamin E. People who eat a diet high in fish or who take fish oil supplements may want to consider taking vitamin E supplements.
Albeit you don't have any other health concerns it would be safe to take 200iu but you probably don't need that much.
I would talk with your doctor first & check the website out below.

Half is more than sufficient.Average requirement is 90-100 mg.You can buy 100 mg tablet. In fact there is no need to purchase Vitamin C,just eat enough fruits especially orange, apple, grapes etc.The excess vitamin C will be flushed out through urine.

Yes, as long as you are not allergic to it or taking statin medications.
Studies demonstratingtoo high dosing strat at 12oo and 1400 iu when toxicities can began to show , and even then it is uncommon. 200 is probably a great dose.

NO!
You don't need vitamins unless directed by a doctor.
I hate these damn people, thinking they're so ******** brilliant by becoming their own doctors and popping pills 'cos they saw them advertised on TV.
You are not a doctor. You do not understand that too much of vitamins/proteins/sodium/potassium can give you severe renal faliure & complications.
