Fridays because I know I have the whole weekend ahead of me and the whole week behind me. On Saturday nights I know I have a lot of work to do the next day (Cleaning and h/w and stuff), and even more the day after that.

If you have it late enough on a Friday and most (if not all) of your guests are in the area, it would work fine. Even if they live far away and/or need to take some time off, most people would do so to attend a wedding. I'm getting married on a Friday evening. I think that while some people may not be able to make it, or may choose to take some time off from work, it gives them the rest of the weekend to still do their own normal things. (And some people work weekends even so it may not make too much of a difference anyway.) We also liked the idea of a Friday since it gives us the whole weekend away without taking extra time off work. (We are only going away for 3 nights.) More and more people are doing Friday's, and even weekday weddings. I think that as long as you understand that some people may comment about it or not be able to attend and don't have a problem with that, then Friday may be perfect for you.

With a Friday night you got the res of the weekend to look forward to because it is just kicking off. Friday is the best day of the week.

Saturday night (except when I have to work, like now) I like it better because I'm usually busy on Friday's and am less tired on Saturdays

Saturday night. Friday night I'm wiped out from work and want to sit on my lazy butt. Saturday night I've had a good nights sleep and I'm ready to stay up past my bedtime.

Very difficult question......... On Friday my fience and i can go out and do things but he is very tired after work (but still i have the satisfaction of knowing we have the "whole" weekend left.
But,
Saturday he is rested up and we can go and do any thing. So i like both days, can't pick one, sorry!

Friday because Saturday is closer to monday.

prefer friday's night more than saturday night because every friday's nites remind me of holidays because i dont need to work on saturday and sunday but when on saturday's night, it will remind me that i still have 1 day of rest remains. i'll start to worried for monday cos its working day.

saturdays. because i didnt have to get up early that morning, didnt have to work, and dont have to work that night or in the morning. im totally free that whole day
