How Can i Wipe Out All the Data on a store bought cd so i can use it as a blank cd and record over it

Unless it is a CD-RW (a rewritable CD) you cannot do that. If it is an official CD that you bought in the music department it is not possible to erase it. You can only erase and record with rewritable DVDs and CDs. I hope that answers your question.

This feature can only be done on CD-RW disc. If the disc you have say CD-R, this disc can only be used once.

As for software to erase the data from a CD-RW, try Nero.

CD-R can't not be reused. Only CD-RWs. Seeing its a store bought cd, it's a CD-R. So therefore it can't be erased or reused. It is what it is.
