No. Visa to USA is not requuired for Singapore passport holder unless you are holding an old passport that is not machine readable. The key is passport has to be machine readable, else Visa is required.

No, i have been there many cases. You get a visa on arrival. i imagine that's valid for 30 days. And when you're travelling quickly, take shades and basic outfits. that's warm and extremely humid in the course of the summer season! assume to be sopping wet in sweat when you're out of the aircon for more advantageous than 3 to 5 minutes!
