If she changes her mind in the "last minute" when you have made her horny and all, you should just withdraw totally and start calmly doing some homework or something for a while, but not leave the room. Stay quiet but don't be unfriendly or anything. If she asks why you suddenly stopped touching her, say that if she doesn't want sex, you are turned off, it's nothing you can do about it, that's how it works with you. Then she'll start missing the attention and affection she was getting from you, and at the same time, since you still don't leave the room, she'll trust that you'll be around in the future too, whether the two of you have sex now or not, and that may make her unconsciously consider you a trustworthy guy and initiate sex with you.

Don't tell her "if you love me you'll do it". That is the most horrible thing you can say to a girl. The question is are you with her for just the sex or do you really love her? How long have you been with her? and how old are you? (please add these to your question, more details are needed. Maybe she is not ready to have sex with you, and if you can't live with that you should leave her because no guy has a right to be with a girl just for the sex.

threaten to tell everybody she did if she doesn't. convince of how embarassing that will be at school or wherever she hangs. what can she do. that way you get two nice rewards: 1) easy sex whenever you choose; 2) the satisfaction of being smart enough to get what you want without haveing to crawl. it will make you feel strong like a man.
