Uhm, if you're growing breasts, you need to see your doctor! This is probably a result of being dangerously overweight or a hormonal issue. As for your wife, eh, ask her! If my lover had this problem, sex would be the last thing on my mind. I'd be too worried about his health. We could have sex once the problem is discovered and proper treatment is underway.
