He doesn't look like a Filipino AT ALL. An Italian, not so much, even. But who knows... people come in all different sizes, colors, etc.
To answer the question, I'm gonna have to side with Italian, just because it's one of the choices. He's just too far from being a Filipino and Italian, but it says he's Italian, so....

the man in the picture does seem to be Fillipino in which, if that is the case, he has to be Italian
