if I have an accountancy bachelor degree and wish to pursue a masters in hositality or hotel management and the like, will US or Australia be a better choice? And which are the more reputable universities for these courses in the two countries? What are the prospects for holdin these degrees?

The best school for that degree, believe it or not, is the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Great program, and unbeatable internships at the mega-casino hotels.
On the other hand, you will have to live in Las Vegas, which is not for everyone . . .
