Seventh Day Adventists are vegan, so he can't eat any animal foods and at the same time be a Seventh Day Adventist.
Maybe he is a Seventh Day Adventist only between meals? ;-)

Try checking out the main Seventh Day Adventist website.
http://www.adventist.org/
My partner has worked for the Seventh Day Adventist Health care organization for over fifteen years. They do require their offices to follow some tenants of the Church, but do NOT require all employees to be members at all. They do not restrict employee benefits dependent upon Church membership, to do not actively deny employment to anyone based on gender, religion, race, sexual orientation or gender identity. They do not have a "non-discrimination" policy which includes LGBT but they also do not actively fire gays and lesbians either.
They're an extremely charitable organization, they're very forgiving and goal oriented in their purpose to "serve and heal the whole person."
They do require that if an office party serves food of which the office purchases, it must all be vegan. They do have fairly conservative dress codes at work, and have an absolutely zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, threats, or any other activity which would create a hostile environment.
As far as marriage requirements, I really don't know, I used to work for the same healthcare organization at one time, but never got too involved in their church at all.

Sure they can,and then knock on your door and interrupt anything you happen to be doing, and call you a devil because you are not of their religion.
A hypocrite is a hypocrite, by any description. Their religion is very strict, I am surprised he is allowing himself to be around a non-adventist. They really do belive that the rest of us are devils.

I don't know what a 7nth day man is or what pigging out at McDonald's has to do with anything but, I do know that premarital sex is a Sin (Fornication) no matter how religious one is.

They say Jesus died for their sins.So your friends BF is just making sure he didn't die in vain. Sin now, repent later. What a religion. How can you call him a hypocrite. As long as you don't forget to repent (and really, really mean it) before you die,his God will let him in .
