if abercrombie and hollister happen to have sales then go for it but seriously try WETSEAL!
im a double zero and im really short and the jeans happen to fit me perfect :) the capris and bermudashorts are awesom too. the thigh area fits perfect and the waist is perfect too! theyre cheap too. all the jeans are about 20 dollars only and less. and theyre cute :D
