Hi! Can help you to identify this, it is Ancistrus cf. hoplogenys.
Also known as Blue Seam Bushynose Pleco and Blue Fin Bushymouth Pleco. In case you haven't noticed Ancistrus hoplogenys have tiny spots while Ancistrus cf. hoplogenys don't. Beautiful fish I have to say. Plecos are full of humors and can be like a little monkey! Sorry about your location coz I'm thousands of miles from you. I live in Auckland,New Zealand if you would like to know. Can tell this fish is very rare which means , you need a handful of money in your pocket and many rare plecos are caught from the wild so be careful and don't buy wild-caught. Good luck in finding your ever fun fish!

You can look the fish up under the name "Bristlenose Plecostomus", although this common name covers more than one species.

Ancistrus hoplogenys is the scientific name of the fish. "White Seam" is a particular variety based on some noteworthy characteristic, like an "American Beauty" rose. In this case the characteristic is probably the white fin margin of this variety (this is just a way for the breeder to charge more money for the fish).

I had to look up the cf. It's a Latin abbreviation for "confer" meaning to "compare". Not sure of it's usage here.

Anyway, now that you know what it is, you can probably get any fish store to order one for you. Try to find out how much they will cost and what size(s) theycan get first, though). If you like plecos, here's photos of some others:

Plecos can be fairly problematical while it contains identity!! Your guy does appear as if a straight forward pleco to me because there could be reasonable modifications of their marking and coloring.
