Actors and Singers would able to wears Skirt and High Heel shoes?

I don't understand about the Actors and Singers,How would they be able to wear Skirts,High Heel Shoes,Dresses to act as a women and singing on the stages?Why???

And they do it to look awesome.

They are entertainers, so why cannot ? Only people like you cannot because you are not an entertainer, simple !
