Usually, women's hymen break way before they ever have sex.
It can happen through sports, riding a horse or they are even born without a hymen. If there is any bleeding @ all, it would be very minor.

Not everyone is gonna bleed on their first time... its either that the part of your body already was torn for doing certain activities like riding bikes or gymnastics... and or that you didnt do it hard enough lolz... but the first part was mostly true...

you only bleed if your hymen is intact. as a child a lot of girls lose it if the fall off they have trauma in that area. for instance if you fall off your bike, or get kicked in the region. totally normal for you to not bleed, some girls do and some girls don't. consider yourself lucky, i think i'd have been embarrassed if I had bled, the situation was stressful enough.

im a virgin,but im guessing you have fell or something so the hymen was ready broken

Your hymen was probably already broken. This not unusual.
