Hey I remember! It's 33,476 feet tall, 4,448 feet higher than Mount Everest. Above ground it's at 13,796 feet above water, Mauna Kea is the tallest mountain underwater in reality is the largest mountain in the world.

It is located in Hawaii.

Mauna kea is the highest mountain under sea, that the Joker said is also the highest in the world if measured from its base in pacific ocean. but, still the highest peak from the sea level is Mt. Everest.

If you don't care if the mountain actually extends into the air, I believe that Mauna Loa in Hawaii is the winner.

For mountains that have tops underwater, I really dont know.
