after obligation expences no avalable money.
we have have 3 boys and the middle boy Jacob B Day is on the 24Th of this month also money is aside for hid b day. But no plans as of yet not sure what to do.
Its his big 30 so I would like him to remeber it. my 30th was last june and same situation no money. and nothing done but a nother day.fathers day was same weekend kids made him some thing in school. I got him a pack of cigs, cycle trader and a little play money toy.

Do you have a printer? A camera?
One year I took photos of the kids and found a really nice song on the net. I think it was "Daddy don't walk to fast" or something like that. And surronded the song with the different pictures of the children and printed it out on regular paper then put the picture in a frame. You can get a frame from the dollar store. Or even consider having your kids make the frame out of things they can find such as beads, buttons, sea shells, etc....
Also, have the kids decorate by making their own streamers out of construction paper. They can make their own party hats out of construction paper too and if you are a seamstress, check your sewing kit to see if you have any elastic for keeping the hats on your heads. Don't have contruction paper? Drag out those Christmas lights and decorate the wall or ceiling around the table.
You can bake your own cake. If you can't afford to buy a cake mix. Go to your local food bank. They usually have cakes and/or cakes mixes and icing. You just need to ask for it and tell them it is for your husband's birthday. (I have had to actually do this before. They are very kind and helpful. They even gave me a box of stuff that had party supplies in it like candles and balloons and paper plates/cups/napkins)
Find an old white sheet and let your children decorate with their crayola markers. They can draw balloons and other things all over it.
Find candles from all over your house and place them all over your table around your cake. Have your cake elevated on something so it really stands out. Turn the stereo on with his favorite song playing so when he walks in the door it is a happy feeling.
Cook him his favorite dinner.
Rent him his favorite movie.
As your gift to him,
Write out 30 great things that you love about him.....

Give him some Loving and Attention ! Men love it ! Some men are not big on gifts there happy with just the Attention and some loving! really ! Mine is !! You don't need money to buy a gift, wear something sexy for him if he likes that , play a game together like strip poker or something !! Spend some time with him for his bday !! Make his favorite cake and put a candle on it if you have one! any candle will work ! If he don't have plans to go out and celebrate then celebrate at home with some alone time,get a baysitter or put the kids in bed ! Good luck, have fun!

Ok, so your husband doesn't want to celebrate his birthday and you feel you have to force him? Why on earth would you force him? Seems kind of counterproductive. As far as gift ideas, you haven't given us any information about what he enjoys, only what he doesn't want. I'd say take a good look at what his interests are and come up with something based on that. Whatever you decide to get him, make it really low key. Just hand him the gift (preferably in a plain unadorned box) and tell him how much you love him.

I am sure you probably are already planning on making him his fav foods.. And dessert... You can also give him "Gift Certificates" one for a free massage... (Your married I am sure there are some other things he likes that you could give him... just make sure the kids dont find the certificates...could be embarassing) You could also leave him a note on his pillow so he gets it before he goes to sleep.. Write down all of the things that he does that you admire... All of the things that he HAS done that have impressed you..We men really do like praise!!! I hope that you guys both really enjoy his birthday together... You sound like you are going to do a great job making it special for him! Hope some of this helps!

The greatest present you can give him on his big 3-0, is to show him he is still loved and adore by loved ones. Make it special and memorable even without money. Cook him something real nice. Have someone watch the kids. Cater to him like never before and give him a little private dance when all is said and done. Like I said, show him that you appreciate all he's done for you and the kids.

You dont need money to give him a memorable birthday.With my lover,There are things that he enjoys,Things that sometimes we dont get to as often as we would like.So we invented a game that we call the three B`s.When its his birthday,or christmas,I let him choose a gift. The items available are a ********,Butt sex, or a long sensual Back rub.And some times if hes an extra good boy thet year,he just might get all three.I dont know if this answer helps.Just give it a try, Im shure hell LOVE it.

I've been in this same situation. I made a coupon book. Coupons for backrubs, wash his car, date night when you have some extra money, anything that you think he might like. Sometimes spicey is good, too. It will show that you care and that even without money you are thinking about making him special. I hope you come up with something!

Now, im going to let you in on a little secret. Tell him and the kids you are going out for a fancy dinner, take him to a hotel, and tell him to wait on the bed, and go change into the sexiest thing he ever saw. Or tell him that he can fulfill his fantasy w/you ^_^
Tat would be by far the best gift ever.

Why do you need to get him anything at all? He's not a little boy anymore...I don't think I know of any married couples who actually give one another REAL birthday gifts. For Christmas they usually give one another things for the house/car/workshop/etc that they needed to purchase anyway. Don't worry, he's a BIG BOY NOW; he can take it; he knows the score.

ask a family member to watch your children, then you dont have to spend money. then rent his favorite movie, cook his fav dinner, along with his fav alcohalic beverage.(make sure u have some too) then sit back and have fun! maybe giv him a back rub or something. later on giv him a little strip tease or something.... just use ur imagination for that part!
