if you look at history, most of technology and non primative culture has eather come out of europe or east asia. africa still has not come on. whats wrong with them. im not being racist, but middle eastern people and especially black people are way behind in intellect. maybe whites are superior in brain power.

If you look at history yes, but history only recorded the meaningful things. The positive progression of intelligence.
I think the reason why the others seem behind is because they don't have money to pay teachers. Or there just aren't enough people to be teachers. People who care are really trying to help along though. Like the Peace Corps? I'm not sure if that's the group, but people are definitely trying to help educate people. If those people were able to reach the US, I think the progression would increase more.

A Black person invented the stop light ,the remote control,
Steam table,Shower wall and bathtub mounted back washer,Photochemical preparation of tropilidenes,Interliners to Prevent Tire Punctures,Assembled Composition Printing Process, Process and apparatus for contactless measurement of sample temperature,Bidirectional monitoring and control system,Refrigerating apparatus,Shock falsing inhibitor circuit for a plural tone receiver,Timing device, HELL A BLACK PERSON EVEN INVENTED THE GUITAR, Picture projection theater..etc
etc etc...So I ask you who's behind in intellect?

every single person has a unique intelligence and strenth inside of them. I mean, intelligence isn't ALWAYS about technology and inventions. intelligence can be culture, literature, arts, music...etc...
