Ignore the first responder (thewayiam23) to your question.
It sounds like this guy has a few screws loose, maybe from where the doctors dropped him on his head after he was circum sized.
Circumsized, means the removal of the foreskin from a male's penis. It definitely does not mean his penis is fake.

It is male genital mutilation. The foreskin of the penis is cut off, in a religious ritual for Jews and Muslims, and also done to newborns by doctors in some parts of the world. It used to be common in the United States but is falling out of favor, since the myths that made it popular (that it was cleaner or would stop masturbation) have been showed to be untrue. (Obviously a few of your answerers still believe these old lies!) It is very uncommon in Europe, Asia, non-Muslim Africa, and Latin America. In Japan and Finland the rate is under 2%, and these natural men manage to keep clean, not stink, avoid STDs and make babies.

His circum is made smaller.
On the other hand, circunsizing is the removal of foreskin around the head of the penis. The Foreskin is a kind of loose skin that can collect smell and bacteria, so it is not a bad thing to do. It ends up that some of this gives women partners a higher chance of cervical cancer, so it has some merit.

Males are born with a little hood of skin on the end of our penis. It's called a foreskin, and it stretches from the middle of the penis all the way to the end. It's got a hole in the end so we can pee and ejaculate. Normally the foreskin is limp over the end of the penis - when we get hard, the end of the penis comes out of the foreskin.
Traditionally, for thousands of years, Jews and Muslims have removed the foreskin, in a process called circumcision. In the last 100 years, American doctors have routinely removed the foreskins of newborn boys shortly after they're born.
Most American males (including me) were circumsized shortly after we were born.
The circumsized penis is a lot cleaner than the uncircumsized penis (since we don't have to pull back the foreskin and wash underneath it, like the uncircumsized guys do) Also, women who have sex with circumsized men are less likely to catch AIDS or get cervical cancer. Many women also feel that circumsized penises are nicer looking than uncircumsized

It means he does not have a funky smell from the smegma that tends to accumulate inside the folds of the foreskin. It means he is less vulnerable to infections. It means he's probably even clean enough and sweet enough to kiss, if you want.
Or it means he's Jewish. (BTW, Rachel, it is normally done when they are 8 days old.)
But it still provides the same benefits. I suspect the practice started as much for cleanliness as for any other reason, but like the Kosher dietary laws, and rules about washing hands, it was incorporated into religious duty for the survival value to the whole tribe. For a long time, it was only Jews who did it, which made them vulnerable if they tried to "go underground."
Or should I say under cover?

that's extraordinary. No medical enterprise recommends it,yet mom and dad nonetheless think of it extremely is mandatory in some way. i think of it extremely is ill and a contravention of many rights. woman circumcision is against the regulation in diverse the stepped forward international, so why is male circumcision criminal? because of the fact actually everyone seems to be blind and don't desire to study this barbaric surgical operation. some human beings declare that they could desire to have the splendid to circumcise their babies through non secular motives, yet that's bogus. Circumcision is the only criminal blood ritual interior the US. AND it infringes upon the religious rights of the baby. on account that whilst do own rights strengthen previous your physique? besides, yeah. mom and dad circumcise out of lack of information and blind have faith interior the media's propaganda and docs who make various of money doing the surgical operation on harmless toddlers.

well...
Circumsicion is when the top layer of skin of a males penis is cut back, when healed iit resembles a mushroom shape, instead of (let's call it a "dome").
It's actually more hygenique and clean for a male. Since it makes it more possible to keep bacteria and dirt away. But it's a very painfull experience, or so I think it would be if I were a male. Many men go through it when they are first born, it makes it easier to just get it over with. But other races don't always agree. Jewish males get circumsized when they reach the age of 13.

it's one word. circumcised.
it's the removal of the foreskin of the penis, usually at birth.
because more care is needed in keeping the penis clean with a foreskin than without, it's argued that it's a medically necessary procedure, but many parents are opting to keep their son's penises intact.
An intact foreskin is said to enhance the man's sensitivity.
why the thumbs down? nothing I wrote is untrue

Circumcised means he has had his foreskin cut off of his penis. An uncircumcised man has a sheath of skin that covers his penis whereas a circumcised person has had that skin cut away.

It's the removal of the foreskin of the penis. It's so common in fact that you will probably see more circumcised penises (Penii?) in your life than uncircumcised ones. It's usually done shortly after birth.
