"Who do you do?" You do not do anyone, you fix yourself, whether that be through intense prayer, or seek professional help to get past this. Obviously this woman has moved on, her actions indicate that. Keep in mind that you screwed up the relationship, now you know what NOT to do in your next relationship. Good Luck.

You just need to accept the facts. Sometimes you won't forget that past relationship and you will always remember them. You can't totally 100% move on when you really loved someone. That's just life. But do remember, that in hindsight you forget that person's downside or the negatives about that past relationship. In hindsight - things seemed wonderful, but you're forgetting what was wrong there. If you did get back together - you'd still have serious issues in trying to maintain a long term relationship. Even though you may never forget, that doesn't mean that you don't enjoy life and develop something more real. Real love is something that you give, not just something you experience in the context of that past relationship. Real love is something you invest into long term that will turn into something more wonderful than that past relationship ever was. It's not about letting them go - it's about building something even better for your life.

Honestly, if you haven't moved on yet but she has, I'd talk with a therapist, counselor or pastor to help you move on.

You keep blaming yourself, which might be right, but eventually you have to forgive yourself and move on. You've kicked yourself long enough. You've paid the ultimate price by losing the person. Now, find someone that truly appreciates the new you and don't repeat old habits.

Get busy with a new hobby, something to keep you busy, specially when you are alone/ Then you ll find yourself thinking less about the issue. Don't commit to another person yet.
