my steering would not turen and my volt light anti lock brake light and it started bleeking that i was running hot

Spray WD-40 into the lock and enable it take a seat for a minute or 2, then placed the foremost in and shake the wheel back and forth mutually as wiggling the foremost interior the lock. it relatively is going to loose it up, if no longer, you're gonna get towed.

yeah it sounds like u got a loose or broken belt that runs them.
