the reason for this is bad credit history, also being unemployed, i need to find a finacial backer to put money in for half profits in return, i want to buy a property do it up then sell if for a profit before buying another, im prepared to do all the work as long as someone puts up the money, for a 50/50 share of profits

i can't do an everyday job as i have narcoplepsy which means i need to have frequent naps so working for myself seems the only answer back in to work

Sorry mate I dont mean to sound hard but honestly I dont think you have a hope in hell of finding a backer, reason is your tiredness and past financial problems. I know its hard for you, as I am disabled myself and keep all my bills etc up to date but peed off with life as I cannot get a job due to my poor health. Some people think because you have bad credit history that you cannot handle your finances, where in fact its the rising costs of living that has caught people out who have been very good with their finances then mortgage rates soar and burden people that were just breaking even. If you are one of these people, then I do sympathise with you.

Life a bit more complicated than that, to work on a house nowadays you have to qualified in each trade. To get the right house at the right price you knead some on the inside ( estate agent ) and them, it just very hard work, with no guarantee of a profit. People are crying out for window cleaners, house cleaner and gardeners, and these people can get from £7 to £25 an hour. This would be good training, and show a history of hard work and continuity to the banks. good luck and don't give up

whoa!!! and dont forget to buy Manhatten island while youre at it. Why dont you be a realtor? Anything good in life takes WORK! Most of us start small, work, SAVE $, then when the time is right, buy something.
