Star Wars is one of the best movie all the time. I don't understand with people who decided not to watch this movies, because once you've watched it, you'll falling in love.
About the greatest episode of Star Wars, I think "Return of The Jedi" would be the greatest.

I love them all, but I like the original Star Wars: A New Hope. They're just not made like that anymore. I prefer the originals to the new, but I love the new ones too.

I still think I like episodes 4,5 and 6 the best (the original) George Lucas should have worked on it a little more when doing 1, 2, and 3 I think. : )
