Tough one, I'd say B or C. The only reason I would pick C is because of global warming. I think the biggest nations (US, China, Russia, etc) are going to have to start making some sacrifices in order to slow it. If the major countries don't show some leadership, we are all in trouble.

I think the recognition of excellence that Rudolph Giuliani would get by being elected president, would do the most good to this country.
How he managed to save New York from the destruction it was sinking into, without being recognized in New York as its greatest modern hero, almost defies explanation. However the rest of the country (who saved us from John Kerry being president), recognizes him as "America's Mayor." We really have become another country in this city.
