Considering that anyone can edit articles in Wikipedia, and therefore anyone can accidentally or deliberately include errors, why would you go to Wikipedia?
You need to have been a member of the Baseball Writers Association of America for at least 10 years in order to receive a HOF ballot. The list of actual names of the voters may not be available. Among other things, that's to keep the voters from being harassed by fans who have nothing better to do with their lives than to lobby for or complain about the lack of votes for their personal favorite players. No, I'm not necessarily saying that you are among those individuals.

Goose Gossage merits to pass. And it relatively is stupid that some nut ball might placed up a sparkling polljust using fact he does not think of all and sundry could be unanimous. It makes me ask your self, thinking back on the careers of Willie Mays, Mantle, Ted Williams, Stan Musial, and different legends who performed way in the previous i replaced into born, how any baseball author ought to locate the stats they publish no longer worth of the hall. yet isn't baseball a freak activity to start with. look who gained the sequence this 365 days. i'm a enjoying cards fan, and that i replaced into thrilled, yet i might have theory the '04 team might have finished it. yet they have been swept, and this team that squeaked into the placed up season gained all of it. What a setting up thank you to make certain your glory in a loopy activity then by using a loopy technique. The BCS on the otherhand... Crap. in basic terms Crap.

The Baseball Writers of America do the voting and you need 10 years to do it. It is made up of , bsically, sports writers in big cities. However, most of the New York newspapers do not allow there writer to vote. Sucks for them.
