Nope it's all in the genetics. Men generally climax quite easily because of the way they're designed back when we were all cavepeeps the man would climax and then knock off to sleep because he had to go hunt the next day and had to conserve energy. Women require certain circumstances to orgasm the best way to get a woman to orgasm is repetition. Keep the same motion going the repetition of movement causes the contractions that lead to female orgasm. Guys don't need an emotional attachment to climax sometimes girls do.
Women can have multiple orgasms because of the body needing to for reproduction. The orgasms help push the semen through the vagina increasing the possibility of pregnancy.
Men can train themselves to delay or have multiple orgasms. Some women cannot climax at all via intercourse but can during oral especially during stimulation of the clitoral hood. If you are concerned with not being able to orgasm that in itself can create sexual anxiety and cause you to not be able to orgasm at all.
Just relax and enjoy the moment.
