No, that doesn't mean that her internal organs are infected. All she needs to do is a thorough cleaning of the belly button. Some people doesn't like to touch around or in their belly button because it feels irritating or because it hurts a little. If you have problems with this, just ask her to clean it and yes, it's normal.

It just means she needs to pay a bit more attention to her belly button when she showers an bathes.

The dirt isnt coming from her inside, its coming from around her, the ground etc

Either she need to pay more attention to it when taking a bath or she could have a naval hernia and it could be dried blood. A naval hernia can break through the skin in your belly button.

lol same for me no its just u dont bathe that part very often butu cant really touch that part beacuse its only a thin layer of skin... but if mine gets dirty i just take a wet cloth and rub it in there work s for me
