ive tried everything from marathons, foreplay to role play and i just can't make her have an orgasm.

Quit trying for starters. Not all women can orgasm via intercourse and in fact many women cannot orgasm with intercourse. The first thing you need to do is ask her what SHE does to make herself orgasm and then follow what she does. There is no way you can possibly have clue how to get her to orgasm if you don't ask her how she orgasms alone.

use a vibrator down there for her and at the same time you do the foreplay on her. after some while you take out the vibrator and go in by yourself.
alternatively you can first eat her out till she nearly orgasms and then you get in to take the benefit.
i tried both before and they can help somehow.
but in the long run u need to seriously find out her g-spot and the sexually sensitive parts of her body. this is a discovery process that can take time.

Maybe there is something wrong where she can't have an orgasm. You could try talking to her about it.
