Last night I had a very funny dream & woke up laghing.I also have dreams where I'm running from some one or some thing (like a Bear) I turn & kick em.I usualy wake up just as I'm kicking the night stand over or the radio off the night stand in fact i ended up breaking a toe once.

one time i had a dream where i was climbing around on a bunk bed and crawling under the bed, and found a bunch of presents. my husband said i was flopping around, giggling, and trying to rip a book apart(just the pages) and,man, he got it on camera. i look so retarded. i watch it every now and then. and i didn't believe him until he showed me!!!

I used to take Ambien for insomnia and I was dreaming I was eating gummi bears, but I guess I really was because I woke up the next morning with gummi bears stuck in my teeth.
I've been told I kick allot in my sleep too.

It's very unusual to act out your dreams because people are usually in a sort a paralyzed type of state when they are dreaming. I have awakened myself laughing before , though, lots of times. You should get into a sleep study or something.

I once was dreaming, but I felt myself laughing for real and in another dream I had, all of a sudden I heard music. When I woke up my dad was playing music really loud. : )

sometimes. One time i had a dream i was taking a shower and i started taking off my clothes in my dream and then i woke up with my shirt off

lol, I was dreaming that I was in a fight tournament and some guy kick me and I was flying through the air------

yes, the ironic thing is, early this morning my friend who slept over said he woke up and heard me laughing while i was alseep. he told me this later, and i do remember having a funny dream

but my aunt woke up one night to being strangled by my uncle. He was still sleeping. Apparently, he was having a dream that he was killing someone... weird huh?

Sometimes I act out my dreams but not to often.My little girl does this everynight.
