My Answers member ID is one, Lyn. My formal name is Lynette.
Since I can remember my mom always called me Lyn, so I've favored it over the other. Sometimes she would call me Lynrae with the other half being the first part of my middle name of Renee.
Also when I was little there was a street named Kick-a-poo that my family knew and we loved it so much for a short time that we called each others names with poo on the end...so I was Lyn-poo. I know 'poo' means the act of doing something else, but back then it didn't mean that.
Then one of my sisters would call me Lyney, like Lenny and I hated that one, lol.
My husband sometimes calls me 'sweets' and I guess it's short for sweetheart but I don't remember when he started calling me that.

yeah halfpint because i'm a half a pint of energy just kidding. No i don't have a nickname. I did when i was younger my mom used to call me firecracker b/c i used to have a very bad temper--i'd scream and hit people you know the usual child fit

well i have two nicknames one is flee and i got that nickname because i was a pest to everyone but apparently they are to me the another is trouble and i got that one from my grandparents cuz i got in trouble or got into thing like snooping.

I don't have one now, but at a place I used to work, my friend called me devo, which I liked. But everyone else got it wrong and called me Stevo, because my name is Stephen.
