My area lacks a toy library and also a book library for children. How do i start one. Please help.?

Make a small beginning yourself, with help from like-minded neighbours and friends! Work hard, collect donations , books and toys: set up in a garage or small room: gradually your efforts will result in a good library for children with toys, books and play area! Good luck!

to see if they are willing to bring in children's books
