This is illegal and will cost him/her their job. Tell them you want the money by (set a date) and that's ALL you say to them. If the money is not returned, pull down the website and go talk to the boss of your teacher. This might be the principal, but I really wouldn't trust that person either. I would write to the School Board if you are in Public School, or the Board of Trustees. If not, the Regents ---whomever is the governing body at your school.

Anytime anyone steals from you, he or she should be confronted in a mature, professional manner. If your concerned about doing it alone, bring a parent, but make sure you do the speaking.
