I really hate to cause conflict...leaving things unsaid has always been a pattern in my life....in hind site also one of my biggest regrets..and something i am working towards changing!!

When you are in a relationship especially one that is a long term one somethings are best left unsaid. Confession maybe good for the soul, but it doesn't make the other person you hurt feel any better. Sometimes ignorance is bliss. Pick your battles. Life is too short to be going around saying things that can hurt a person you care about just for the sake of feeling better about yourself.

not too often... I am an opened person... I usually leave things unsaid only when I have to deal with someone who is not reasonable enough
