The friction of your penis against the boxers can be arousing. And sometimes just the fresh air.
Try boxer briefs -- same overall shape, but things don't move around.

it can happen because your not use to being so loose in that area. if you wear brief they hold everything in and boxers don't. try boxer briefs first and then switch to boxers. this should help your package adjust to the new feeling.

Same damn thing would happen to me when something interested me. Consequently, I learned to change my thinking to bring down the erection. For example, when this happens concentrate on multiplication tables or anything else that readjusts your thinking.
