Okay, well I have this one younger cousin who is almost 12, and she is around 83 pounds and she is like 5'1.5" tall and she wears a 32B or 34B size bra and she is pretty skinny? Is this normal?

She wears a bra size bigger than her mom, and she is underweight.

well some people can grow faster than others so I don't think it's anything to worry about...

Well, it's not average. But remember, no one's body read the book, and people can develop in pretty different ways. It doesn't sound like she's unhealthy, just has unusually developed breasts for her age and size, and she's a touch underweight. She'll probably gain a few pounds and the rest of her will catch up with her boobs in a few years.

Yeah. I doubt it's a 34B, cause I'm a 32B, and I weigh more than 83 lbs. Some girls develop earlier than others. There's a girl in my grade (6th), and she already has Double D's.

well shes just a girl who was big breasts my mom was like that she was thin but had big breasts just have her gain a little more weight now dont let her out of control or else shell be over weight have her eat her *** of for one week and weigh her on a scale to see if it sastifys u if it doesnt have her eat more..

yeah it is she's just starting young... i had big boobs when i was in the six grade but they stop growing... so she'll be fine it's normal
