The baby could be either O-,O+
A child will take either an +/- from either of you
and the letter as well....since you are both O the child will be O and it will be a waiting game to find out which sign the child will take

If you are O- and your boyfriend is O+, that means indefinately (as long as he is the childs father), the baby will have an O blood type.
But, whether its negative or positive, thats entirely up to change, and you need to be careful, because you are Rh negative and your boyfriend is Rh positive, if the fetus is going to be Rh Positive, that could not mesh well with your own blood since youre Rh Negative. So please ask your Ob-Gyn about the potential health risks for future pregnancies.

O+ or O- Also ask after the baby is born because being O or Neg they automatically check the blood type in the hospital..due to Rhogam needs and jaundice risks

o... and i guess it could go either way as far as the sign, because him being +, he could have one + and one - gene, or two + genes. ... I think. lol. I do know that if you are -, you will need to get the Rhogam shot around 28 weeks, and again after the baby is born if it's blood type is positive. That's to prevent your body from making antibodies against the protein that's present in positive blood types. If you don't get the shot, it could cause problems in future pregnancies.

if your negative then you would have to get the rh shot if your pregnant because your baby can either be negative or positive.And positive would be harmful if you didnt get the rh shot

Depends on the sex of the baby. Also, you may ask your Dr. to make sure you dont have the RH factor.
