about transgendered persons. you know the ones about surgically transformed. My question is this...is there a place to see the actual end result? Not to be preverted at all. I am curious to see the advances that the medical industry has made in this aspect. Offense meant to no one...just want a better understanding.

not sure what the program said, but 95% of M2F transsexuals actually keep their penis.. but most do take hormones and have breasts enhanced..
losing a penis means no more orgams, and that's too much for most to part with...
not sure about pics, but i imagine they are out there somewhere..

there is a place on the internet...I think it was a site posted for an answer here a few weeks ago...and it actually did have pre and post operative pictures of the sexual organs...very interesting what medicine can do...but I'm sorry I don't remember the site...

Type "srs surgery" in the Yahoo! search engine and you'll find the links you want. The results can vary plenty from surgeon to surgeon.
